Place des Frères Lumière

The area
Entrance plaza between the park's main gate and Disney Studio 1. It features a large Sorcerer's Apprentice statue.

Fun Facts
» The plaza is named after the Lumière brothers, French inventors of the cinematograph.
» Early park maps showed a plain fountain instead of the Sorcerer's Apprentice statue.
» A large Chicken Little poster was installed in front of Disney Studio 1 in 2005 and has since been replaced by a controversial advertising poster for Disney-Pixar's Cars.
