This counterservice fastfood restaurant is located behind the filmsets in Disney Studio 1. It offers burgers, salads and pizza's.

Fun facts
» This is the largest restaurant in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
» Restaurant En Coulisse is French for "Restaurant behind the sets".
» The interior of the restaurant changes from section to section, each time themed to the façade it's behind.
» Two light and sound machines are located in the seating area which can change the lights on certain parts of the sets.
» Look out for a huge flying carpet among other props suspended from the ceiling.
» There's another seating area located on the first level of the restaurant, which opens on peak days.
» An outdoor seating area used to be located where now the Monsters Inc. photo location is build.
