Decorations

The large 3D crashed elevator, that previously had traveled to several cities in the United Kingdom, found its way to the Walt Disney Studios Park where it served as a photo location for celebrities and television interviews.
Over at Disney's Hotel New York and Disneyland Hotel were all elevators dressed up as Tower of Terror elevators, complete with bellhops.

Production Courtyard Stage

Saturday 5 April 2008 is the day that the theme year at Disneyland Resort Paris from 2008-2009 was officially kicked off. A special dedication ceremony on Production Courtyard Stage with Euro Disney S.C.A. CEO Karl Holz and the Disneyland Resort Paris ambassadors, Arnaud and Wendy, inaugurated not just the new work year, but also Walt Disney Studios Park's latest attraction: Stitch Live!
It was shortly followed by the première of the High School Musical 2: School's Out show.

Tower of Terror launch

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror was officially launced in the evening in an exclusive setting. Disney Studio 1 was transformed into the Twilight Zone itself.
An amazing sound and light spectacle inaugurated the attraction after the walking dinner inside inflatable domes, located behind the Studio Tram Tour station.
