Pirates of the Caribbean is a slow moving boat ride with 2 gentle drops amid large themed sets depicting pirate themed scenery and a large number of Audio-Animatronics.

• Pirates of the Caribbean features 119 state-of-the-art Audio-Animatronics characters, including 55 animals and 12 skeletons.
• The Disneyland Paris version is currently the only one without a Jack Sparrow make over. The attractions in California, Florida and Tokyo feature characters from the recent hit movies.
• The Blue Lagoon Restaurant is located within the attraction and offers a view on the boats passing by.
• The guests' boats are also dubbed "bateauxs".
• Features two mild drops, one after the prison scene and an other right after the burning village.
